We may collect contact information and information voluntarily provided in communications. We do not request sensitive accounting records through this public website.

Customer records are handled under a separate written agreement and approved secure transfer process. Do not email Social Security numbers, payment-card data, medical information, resident files, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
We may use vetted service providers to operate our business. We do not sell personal information.
We retain information only as reasonably necessary and use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information.
